15 minutes from Parma, 30 minutes from Reggio Emilia, in the peace of the Emilian countryside, you can share a private double room with Davide, Svetlana, Maya (medium-sized dog), Julius (European kitten) and our small dog Sole. You can get there by bus from Parma. More convenient by car Having 3 bathrooms in the house, we can arrange for you to use one of them privately. Let us know what you like for breakfast, we will try to satisfy you! Davide, Svetlana, Sole & Maya & Julius The space This is a terraced house with a private garden, a 15-minute drive from Parma. BUS no. 12 also arrives once an hour, towards BASILICANOVA or TRAVERSETOLO. We are 10 minutes from MONTICELLI TERME. You can have lunch or breakfast in the garden. Use all the tools in the kitchen, which is also equipped with a dishwasher. The two of us plus the three animals sleep here in the house, on the second floor, in the room next to that of you guests. Mutual respect and silence are therefore necessary at night, also because there are neighbors, and the area is very quiet. A few hundred meters away there is a supermarket, bakery, butcher, florist, bar, restaurant, pizzeria, post office, bank... Guest access Guests can use the entire house, except for the Tavern with Fireplace where our pets sleep. So you can enjoy a dinner in the garden, or watch a movie in the room...
