This property consists of 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with a very private fenced backyard complete with pool, fully furnished deck with outdoor TV, and grill for your enjoyment and relaxation. 2 of the bedrooms are masters complete with ensuites and King size beds, with the larger of the masters having direct access to the pool deck. 2 of the twin bedrooms are character themed for children. The 3rd bathroom also has direct and convenient access to the pool area. The kitchen has a number of upgrades including stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and tiled floor. Microwave, dishwasher, fridge, oven and all utensils, crockery and cutlery included for all your culinary needs during your stay. There is an open floor plan extending out and opening directly on to the pool deck with a separate formal dining area. The main seating area comfortably seats 8 and includes a Tv with cable connected. All Tv’s on the property come with cable installed or a roku box attached. High speed wifi internet included free for your use throughout the property. All of the furniture is modern top end quality. The family room has a solid wooden floor. The garage has been converted into a fully equipped games room including pool table and air hockey table. There is a washer and dryer iron and ironing board available inside the home at no additional cost. Property is fully air conditioned with ceiling fans in most rooms to aid in peaceful and restful nights sleep. All towels and linens are provided for the duration of your stay. Located very close to Disney and convenient access to all other Orlando theme parks and downtown and also many premium golf courses in the area.
