Located at Kandivali East just 5 min from Growel 101 mall, Station and highway. The space Apartment is female friendly as our Apartment is located in very good and safe location of Kandivali East. Building has 24x7 security guard and has camera all around common area and in lobby of all floors Guest access Guest will have exclusive access to entire 2BHK apartment. Check-in and Check-out policy We are a Homestay that is booked back-to-back and follow a strict cleaning schedule, please note that  Early check-in - NOT possible. Late check-out - NOT possible. Luggage Drop-Off - NOT possible. For Check-Ins at any time after 10 pm, please check with us prior, we will equip you with everything that is needed for smooth self-check-in. We need the time between check-in and check-out to clean, freshen up, and prepare the apartment before 1 pm, therefore the check-in policy is so stringent. For those arriving early, there are a host of fantastic cafes and coffee shops around where you can relax. Timings on Chat/Call We are available on chat and on call  between 10 am IST to 10 pm IST only. Emergency Call - After 10 pm IST we are only available on call for emergencies from our current guests. Once you book us - you will be getting a detailed check-in message on phone which will contain the exact property address, map location, how to reach there, Wi-Fi details etc.  Wi-Fi Speed - High Fidelity, 30Mbps, unlimited. Gentle heads-up: We genuinely cannot promise a 100% always-on service since cable cuts are completely out of our control.  If the internet does go down, the repair time can range from 2 hours to 24 hours., an instant resolution is not possible. If the internet is a hard criterion for you, we suggest you carry a hotspot connection with you.   Kitchen Gas stove, microwave, Refrigerator, utensils and crockery etc are there in the Apartment.   Breakdowns In the rare event of any breakdown (Furniture/ Electrical Repairs /AC repairs), repairs of any of the problems may take from 2 hrs to 48 hrs depending on the severity of the problem. Amenities included 3+2 Seater Sofa Set Wardrobe in both bedroom Double bed in both bedroom Extra 2 floor mattress 4 Seater dining table Dedicated Study table in both bedroom Side tables and Coffee table. Fully equipped Kitchen with utensils and crockery. 39inch LED TV with Amazon Firestick Hi speed Internet with Wifi Refrigerator, Microwave, Toaster, Kettle Bathroom Tioletries and Linens. Limited Complimentary Breakfast Other things to note Maid will come once in a day for cleaning of apartment on complimentary basis. Guest are requested to discard the garbage bag outside the house on staircase so that cleaning guy can collect the same in morning. Bed Linens and Towels are replaced every 4 Days or at every new checkin whichever is early. Please note - Limited self made/served Sachets of Tea/Coffee/Milk powder/sugar, Bread, Butter, Biscuits along with Hotwater Kettle will be provided once in a day as complimentary Breakfast. Geyser switch is inside the washroom, kindly switch it off after taking bath. Also please turn off the Ac while going out of Apartment.
