The Drapery, Haltwhistle close to Hadrian's Wall

Haltwhisle nestles just over the Cumbrian border in Northumberland, but is only 10 miles east of the Cumbrian town of Brampton. The town itself is in the 'geographic centre' of Great Britain and has a quirky mix of shops and restaurants, as well as an open air swimming pool. Hadrian's Wall is just 2 miles north or the village and has a large in tact part of the wall to explore, many visitors to the town are those walking Hadrian's Wall.
