Apartment on the 2nd and 3rd floors in the center of Kunigiskiai. Just 250 meters to the sea! The 2nd floor can accommodate up to 5 people, the 3rd floor – up to additional 4 people (up to 9 people in total). The total area of the apartment is approx. 150 sq/m2. The third floor cannot be rented separately, it is only rented together with the second floor! For bookings of up to 5 people, only the second floor is rented. For bookings of 6 or more people, the third floor is also rented. The space On the second floor there are two bedrooms, a large living room connected to the kitchen, a spacious balcony, a toilet with a shower. It can accommodate up to 5 people at a time (the 5th person sleeps on the sofa in the living room). On the third floor there is one bedroom, a spacious living room, a kitchenette, a bathroom, a separate toilet. There is a playpen and a high chair for one child on request. The apartments have everything you might need for a longer stay or for a short stay. The living rooms on both floors are air-conditioned and the bedrooms have fans with a misting function in the summer season. Please note that the third floor cannot be rented separately, it is only rented together with the second floor! For bookings of up to 5 people, only the second floor is rented. For bookings of 6 or more people, the third floor is also rented. Guest access If apartment is booked for up to 5 people, guests can use all the spaces on the 2nd floor, the balcony. If the order is from 6 to 9 persons – both floors are rented. There is space for two cars in the private yard. IT IS FORBIDDEN TO USE THE TERRACE/GREEN YARD. (belongs to the owner of the 1st floor) Other things to note The apartments are intended for the number of people indicated at the time of booking. If additional guests are expected during your stay, you must inform us and pay extra. If more people arrive than agreed, we reserve the right to refuse to provide accommodation without refunding the original booking amount/deposit. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, there is a balcony for that purpose. During the off-season, the heating can be adjusted as needed. Pets are allowed, but advance notice is required (addition fee is required). A smart lock is used to enter the apartments (you will receive all the information (visual) on how to enter the apartments after paying for the order, 1 week before the start of the visit.
