The home is equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Guest access This home and yard are not shared spaces. You can expect to have the place to yourself throughout the entirety of your stay. In addition to the home and yard there’s a large back deck with grill and patio table. Other things to note - The Mulberry House has 6'7" ceilings so if you are very tall please be aware - There are railroad tracks located a block away. This is a "quiet zone" so the trains do not blow whistles but there are several trains a day
