We have a room and are happy to welcome you. Our apartment is in the Pasing district of Munich, next to the Hirschgarten and not far from Nymphenburg. It takes 10 minutes to walk from the apartment to Pasing Railway Station, and 15 minutes by S-Bahn to Marienplatz in the center of Munich, passing through Hackerbrücke (Oktoberfest venue) on the way. The space The rented room is 13 square meters, including a bed (200cm x 125cm), a desk with a screen (VGA/HDMI), and two chests of drawers. However, you share the bathroom, living room, kitchen and terrace with us. Guest access You can enjoy the bedroom alone, but you will share the bathroom, living room, kitchen and terrace with us. And there is only one bathroom in the apartment, which includes a toilet and a bathroom. During your stay We can be reached at any time by SMS, phone, instant messaging application and email in French, German, English and Chinese. Other things to note We are a French-Chinese family with 2 young child, so the accommodation can be (reasonably) noisy in the morning (from 7 a.m.). Similarly, we need calm in the evening from 8 p.m. in order to put our child to bed. We don't have pets and we don't smoke.
