Dogs love this home! They’ll feel spoiled w/ their own fenced-in yard & doggy doors. 1-2 dogs allowed w/ pre-approval. No other animals allowed. Crates are provided if you plan to leave a dog unattended. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or in/on beds. Any barking or behavior that bothers neighbors is not allowed. You will be responsible for extra cleaning charges for hair on furniture, pet stains, dog droppings & any damage caused by dog(s). This home does not have air conditioning. Garage is not available for parking. - Exceeding occupancy, parking, or violating the quiet hours will result in eviction and fines of $2000 or more. - Check out time is 10:00am, you will be charged an additional fee if you do not vacate the home by this time. (See our Rental Agreement for specifics on charges). - Our RnR Advantage Plan is included within the management fee quoted in your booking. This plan protects you against accidental damage up to $1,000. - No Bachelor/Bachelorette parties - IMPORTANT: Your reservation requires a completed and signed rental agreement.
