The living room is on the ground floor, and is furnished with ample seating arrangements for up to 8 people. It is equipped with a plethora of leisure amenities including a TV, indoor fireplace, Wi-Fi, heater and a CCTV camera for security purposes. DINING AREA There is a separate dining area on the ground floor. It can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people. LAWN Step outside and you will be engulfed with beautiful gardens that surround the entire premises of the property. The lawns of the property are embellished with a walking path, perfect for a leisurely stroll in the mornings. The lawn is 2000 sq. ft. in size. KITCHEN - Guests may use the kitchen for reheating purposes only at an additional charge of Rs. 700 per night. - It is equipped with a gas stove, refrigerator, water purifier, toaster, crockery and cutlery. - Reheating and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. Guest access The guests have access to the entire villa except kitchen. Other things to note ADD-ON SERVICES - Breakfast is complimentary. All vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals are available in-house at an additional cost, on an a la carte basis. - A barbecue kit/grill is available at an extra cost. - The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge. - Bonfire can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs. 1500 for 3 hours. - Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.
