The first one you have selected is designed for a maximum of 2 people, with a private bedroom area, living room-kitchen and bathroom-toilet with shower. It's Apartment B, you'll use all those areas exclusively. (The second designed for a maximum of 4 people, with a private bedroom area (2 people), bathroom-toilet with bathtub, large living room to accommodate the third guest, kitchen and its own terraces. It's Apartment A) Guests can ONLY share some areas such as the entrance area and laundry area, there is also another 3rd toilet with shower in this area that could be shared. But each apartment has its own bedroom, living room-kitchen, private bathroom It is a total of 160m2 of living area and terraces, which are divided into two private apartments, and which at the same time can have that entrance area described in common.
