All standard stay-related fees including linens and basic supplies are built into the nightly rate so you can see your total cost up front. Rates include up to 15 overnight guests for Retreat. If your group exceeds 15 guests, please let us know in advance — additional guest or event fees may apply. Pet fees and taxes are separate and shown during checkout. EVENT & WEDDING NOTES BY PROPERTY - Sleeps 15, 5 bedrooms, 5 full baths - Parking capacity: ~15 cars. - Suitable for small weddings / intimate events. - Event fee: $500–$1000 depending on set-up. - $10 per day-guest not staying overnight. - $250 refundable deposit. - Guest handles food, drinks, tents, chairs, rentals. - Please confirm your total guest count (including any day guests) and plans for setup, so we can provide the appropriate event fees and help plan for parking.
