The beach is only a short walk across the highway, and don’t miss out on the sunset views in the evening. The first floor has an open concept with a living room, dining area, and kitchen. There is a half bath and laundry room with a stacked washer and dryer. Other features include: private wifi and a large flat screen smart tv with Roku. Streaming services will be available to login to your own accounts. The second floor has two bedrooms with queen beds, large closets, and each bedroom has a flat screen smart tv’s with Roku. They both have private full bathrooms. Beau Clair has a swimming pool on the grounds with a patio, restrooms, and grill located off the pool area. Guest will have access to the entire townhome.
