Casa Escondida, designed by Bouffier Arquitectos, come and live a mountain experience full of glamor and good taste. Privileged views at various points of the house and, in turn, the interior-exterior relationship is harmonized, through the distribution of the rooms, social rooms and terraces along all levels. Undoubtedly, the perfect place to rest and connect with nature. The space Casa Escondida features a spa room, massage beds, a loft with a meditation area, and a steam room with separate men's and women's bathrooms. You can use the 10-meter pool with a depth of 1.4 meters at any time, and at the end of the pool, you can enjoy the relaxing waters of the Jacuzzi. The hot water system in the pool operates from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm at a cost of $2,000 per day. If you wish to extend this time, there is an additional charge. The house is fully automated, so staff are required to operate it; they cannot be dispensed with. The house is fully air-conditioned, all curtains are controlled. You will have the assistance of 2 people, who can prepare barbecues or wood-fired pizzas (extra cost). The capacity is for 14 people, including children and adults. Daily kitchen service costs $1,200 (must be requested in advance); does not include food. Daily cleaning service is $800 (must be requested in advance) There is a studio that can be converted into a room with a king size bed, it is important to request it in advance. Staying in the subdivision or in the escort house or personal security staff is not allowed, they can be escorted and left their bosses in the house, but they have to be removed later. Drivers have to stay in the driver's room not in the front of the house. No parties Excessive noise is not permitted, especially after 11:00 p.m. Park in front of the house, do not take up neighbors' parking spaces. Other things to note This residence is subject to additional guidelines, which we kindly request you comply with during your stay: Quiet hours are observed from 10pm-7am. AM You cannot touch the sculptures, or works of art in the house. No loud music after 10:00 pm. Please do not exceed the number of guests specified on your reservation. We expect respectful and dignified interactions with our service staff at all times. Please adhere to the specified check-in and check-out times for accessing the property. Thank you. Please report any damage or incidents related to the property. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the premises. Food should not be taken to the bedrooms. Please refrain from wearing shoes on the upholstered furniture. No eating in the pool area. No events are permitted. Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or need clarification regarding these guidelines. It is a cold area, at all times it is important to come prepared and well sheltered. We have heating in almost every room, but be warned, please! Due to the area we are in that is Valle de Bravo, we can have a fall of trees and rains that cut off the service of the light and wifi; we have emergency batteries that give energy in much of the house for a few hours, without contemplating heating or jacuzzis, this is until CFE fixes the service. The cost of the jacuzzi is $800.00 pesos per day. The hiring of the cleaning and cooking staff is not included in the rent of the house. It is not included for staff to perform the following activities: -compras -mandados -fogatas -parrillas - A kitchen It is mandatory to hire the cleaning staff. 1 to 7 guests only 1 person is required. From 8 to 12 guests, two cleaning staff; from 12 to 14 guests, three cleaning staff. Any kind of negotiation or request will be through the host, never with the house staff.
