Full House near EXPO Center - Best Location in Lou

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located house. Walkable to the EXPO Center and very close to everything in Louisville. The main floor has 2 bedrooms with queen beds, a full kitchen, large living room, and a full bathroom. You also get access to the suite in the basement with a queen bed, a full murphy bed, another full bathroom, a kitchenette, living space and a stocked laundry upon request. The home is great for groups or multiple families to share. The space The home has 4 beds in total: three queens and one full. There are two beds on each floor and one full bathroom on each floor. The basement has a kitchenette with a cooktop, Keurig, sink, mini fridge, toaster and microwave. The main level has a full kitchen with an electric range, double sink, dishwasher, fridge, toaster, and Keurig as well. The floors are connected through a lockable doorway. This allows for privacy between the living spaces or easy flow from one floor to the other depending on guests' preferences. Both levels have private exterior doors leading to the outside. Outside we have a covered patio with a TV, bluetooth speaker, wood burning fireplace, propane grill, propane heater, mini fridge, and seating for 10. The yard has grass for pets and a swing set for kids. The home is walkable to the EXPO center and extremely close to everything else. There is a full laundry in the basement, but it will be locked unless guests request access prior to arrival. We are happy to open the laundry, we just need advanced notice. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire driveway and can park there during the stay. Access to the interior can be through the front door or side door off the driveway.
