Our complex consists of seven separate apartments, which are located in one of the most picturesque corners of the famous Sunshine Coast in the South of Spain - on the Costa del Sol. It is here, on one of the best stretches of coastline, that we have built a modern mini eco-complex where our guests can enjoy their holiday and take advantage of our unique location, as we are 100 metres from the sea, yet in close proximity to the very centre of tourist life. The space Our mini eco-complex was created according to an individual design project, it is built in loft style and consists of 7 spacious separate apartments with high ceilings. Natural materials from solid wood of valuable species exported from abroad were used in the construction. Each apartment has floor-to-ceiling windows with triple-glazed windows that completely isolate any noise. Of the 7 apartments, 5 are one-bedroom apartments. The one-bedroom apartments have an area of 70 m2 and are built in loft style, like the whole complex. Each apartment has its own kitchen, 2 spacious bathrooms, a lounge area, a guest area equipped with modern TVs and even a dressing room. The kitchen is fully prepared for use and equipped with all necessary Bosch appliances. We have chosen king size beds for our guests, as is the case with everything in our hotel. The remaining two apartments are family suites, each 120m2, both have 2 bedrooms and one of the larger rooms is fully adapted for people with disabilities.
