The space This well set up inner city apartment has a peaceful outlook and generous proportions. Well thought out details give the apartment a genuine warmth. Fully stocked modern kitchen with stone and polished timber bench tops, oven/stove, fridge, toaster, kettle, pantry, dishwasher and all the essentials make you feel right at home the moment you walk in. The open plan kitchen has a breakfast bar with stools that connect to a generous dining and living space with table for 6. Great entertaining space that leads out to the balcony. The double glazed 2 storey windows let beautiful light into the apartment. Of course there are full length blinds when you prefer it a little dark. The lounge comfortably sits 4 adults with the 43" TV + Netflix. These generous living spaces also have a bathroom. Upstairs there is plush carpets in all the living spaces. At the top of the stairs there is the main bathroom with bath and shower, laundry, toilet and heated towel racks. Across the hall there is the 2nd bedroom with King sized bed and cupboard. The hallway leads into the very large main bedroom with king size bed, reading couch, high ceilings, wardrobe and ensuite bathroom with heated towel rack. *The bathroom is also equipped with a double shower (which is my favourite part of the tour). This is a generous 2 bedroom 3 bathroom inner Sydney loft apartment with garden balcony. There is also undercover parking and visitor parking available. It is a great apartment and I know because it was my home for more than 10 years. Also included: * All linens including bath towels, sheets, tea towels, TP, paper towels, * Kitchen essentials (to get you started) such as: salt/pepper, olive oil, black tea, herbal tea, sugar, tomato sauce, mustards, vinegar, seasonings, and more. * There are platters for serving, mixing bowls, stick blender, toaster, kettle, plunger, stove top percolator, colander, chopping knives, wine opener, bottle opener, grater, measuring cups, water pitcher. * Pots, pans, cooking and baking trays... all the essentials you would reasonably expect in a modern kitchen are available * Play your own music in the living area through Apple TV. Camperdown park and cafes are less than 5 mins walk. Newtown, Sydney Uni or RPA are 10 mins walk away. Parramatta Rd has buses that can take you into the city in 15 mins. And if you have a car this is a great location to explore Sydney with easy access to the city, east, Westconnex or Northconnex road networks. **Please NOTE: The MAXIMUM occupancy is 4 people including children (infants excepted). We do not allow couch sleeping under any circumstances, including children. We recommend no more than 4 adults staying in the apartment unless there are special circumstances where you have discussed with your host. **ONLY the guests named in your booking will be PERMITTED on PREMISE during your stay (any potential exception must be specifically pre-approved). We’re not the right choice if you’re looking to pack ‘em in or have a party, and our tolerance is literally zero. Our neighbours are our mates, and we’ll know immediately of abuse and your stay will be terminated without refund. No questions. ** Smoking is to be OUTSIDE ONLY.
