This charming two-bedroom cottage is set on our 8-acre smallholding, home to friendly sheep, goats, alpacas, chickens, ducks, and turkeys — creating a relaxed and welcoming rural setting. While the road is very quiet with minimal traffic, occasional farm vehicles may pass, as you would expect in the countryside. A place for families (big and small) We haven’t just made space for families — we’ve thought about what actually makes travelling with children easier. We can comfortably accommodate 4–5 guests plus a baby, and provide: 👶 Travel cot

The second bedroom can be arranged as a double and single if needed, giving you flexibility depending on your group. It’s a little cosier when set up this way, but works perfectly for families wanting to make the most of their stay. Dog-Friendly Paradise Dogs are not just accepted here — they are properly welcome. The HideAway boasts a secure, enclosed private garden, along with daily access to a fully fenced half-acre paddock for off-lead fun. A charming bridge from the garden leads directly into the paddock, giving both you and your dogs space to relax and enjoy. We’re happy to host up to four dogs as standard, with additional arrangements available for well-behaved pooches — just get in touch. Relaxation in a Rural Setting Whether you’re enjoying your morning coffee in the garden, watching the alpacas and Angora goats wander by, or settling in by the log burner in the evening, the HideAway is all about slowing down and enjoying simple moments. The historic market town of Spilsby is just five minutes away, perfect for local shops, cafés, and essentials. Guest access We’ll meet you on arrival or can arrange self check-in if preferred. Parking is available on the family drive approximately 20 yards from the front door, with space to pull up outside for loading and unloading. Please note: We have a Ring doorbell camera covering our own front door and driveway only. Guest access Upon arrival we will meet you at the property or we can arrange for self check in if that works for you - parking is on the family drive 20 yards from the front door but you can park outside to unload and load. We do have a ring doorbell camera that covers just our own front door and the driveway.
