This charming and fully equipped two-bedroom cottage is set on an 8-acre smallholding, home to friendly sheep, goats, alpacas, chickens, ducks, and turkeys, creating the perfect rural escape. While the road is very quiet, with minimal traffic, occasional farm vehicles may pass as we are in the countryside. Dog-Friendly Paradise The HideAway boasts a secure, enclosed private garden—a haven for both you and your furry friends. With a truly multi-dog-friendly environment, we warmly welcome dogs and provide daily access to a fully fenced half-acre paddock for off-lead fun. A charming bridge from the cottage garden leads directly to the paddock, where your dogs can explore and play to their hearts’ content. We’re happy to host up to four dogs as standard, with additional arrangements available for well-behaved pooches—just get in touch to discuss. Relaxation in a Rural Setting The cottage offers a tranquil and homely escape, perfect for unwinding amidst the beauty of nature. Alternatively, the peaceful seaside town of Sutton-on-Sea provides a quieter retreat. The historic market town of Spilsby is also just five minutes away, perfect for a day of exploring local shops and eateries. Please note: The cottage is located on a very quiet road with little traffic, but we like to make guests aware of this in case it doesn’t suit your needs. Guest access Upon arrival we will meet you at the property or we can arrange for self check in if that works for you - parking is on the family drive 20 yards from the front door but you can park outside to unload and load. We do have a ring doorbell camera that covers just our own front door and the driveway.
