This bedroom features a large wall-mounted flat screen TV with DVD player and abundant closet space. A bathroom with shower is located adjacent to the bedroom. Upstairs offers a bright, cozy great room complete with a stone-faced fireplace, full kitchen, breakfast bar, dining area, comfy couches and a wall-mounted TV, DVD player, Wi-Fi, games, movies, and access to the front balcony. The owner’s bedroom upstairs has a king bed and walk-in closet. The second upstairs bedroom sleeps four, with one queen and two twin beds. A full bathroom is located next to the bedrooms and the great room. A large, fenced-in patio downstairs offers plenty of space for guests to unwind and enjoy the views. It’s also a great area for kids to play and pups to be safe. The garage has a full-size ping pong table and washer/dryer. Parking accommodations: one car will fit into the garage, two cars may be parked in the rear driveway, with more parking curbside. NOTE: No houses are located across the street, and there is a vacant lot adjacent to the house which is covered with natural vegetation. Very private and quiet.
