The driveway, floating dock (which is used for kayak launch) and part of the boardwalk are shared with the other home located on the property. Historical Linden is a vibrant and charming town with several thriving small shops and restaurants. It is a mix of old and new, with the oldest structure dating back to 1840. A walk around town always proves beautiful and interesting. No parking is allowed on the street, but the circle drive and garage provide ample parking space.
