Our home has two oceanside decks plus a courtyard with grill. Walk to the secluded beach in less than a minute along the boardwalk from the back decks. Our home is in a gated community. Enjoy the quaint town of Moss Landing, just a five minute drive from the house. Don't forget to stop at Phil's Fish Shack! Our home is also within 10 minutes of major retailers like Target and Costco but it feels light years away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Amenities include heated pool (April-October), year round hot tub, beach volleyball, tennis, basketball, pickleball and bocce ball courts. We have a high chair, pack and play and baby bath for your convenience. Our kitchen is fully stocked with all the basics - spices, oils, coffee, tea, cleaning supplies, etc. We provide hand soaps and sanitizer, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. If you prefer bar soap, please bring your own. There is a large box of sand toys near the bottom deck; sports equipment in the closet (no bocce set). All linens and beach towels are provided. Internet is ideal for work/school/streaming. Guest access Entire townhome; Amenities such as pool, sports courts, and of course the beach! High chair, pack and play, baby bath available. Sand toys galore! No pets per HOA rules. Other things to note Please be advised that we collect and pay out a 10.5% occupancy tax as required by Monterey County. The tax is on all fees (nightly rate, cleaning and HOA fee). Cleaning fee is $300 which goes entirely to our cleaner. There is a resort fee of 5% collected by our HOA, all of which is sent to the HOA.
