It's also perfect for family reunions, offering spacious accommodations where loved ones can reconnect and create lasting memories together. - Located in Landour 1 KM walk from picture palace side of mall road - Parking & High Speed WiFi Available The space BEDROOM- It's a duplex - There is 1 bed on the loft and 1 sofa cum bed in the living area which is on the ground floor. - There is one dining area next to the dry Kitchen. - Wi-Fi, TV, attached bathroom, personal living area and a dining area are offered in the room. - It is equipped with Wi-Fi, TV (guests must use their own accounts to access OTT platforms). - A heater(chargeable). - The dining area is a part of the Kitchen and a working space is provided in the living area. -The room has a window offering a partial valley view. It does not have a private balcony. However, we have a shared patio downstairs facing the valley, where you can relax and enjoy your meals or drinks. BATHROOM - There is an attached bathroom. - The bathroom has geysers, towels and basic toiletries like body wash and shampoo. COMMON AREAS - There is a beautiful lawn which offers seating area facing the valley. KITCHEN - There is a dry kitchen in the dining room which induction, kettle and a microwave. - Crockery and cutlery can be provided upon request. FOOD - We have a menu from where you can order on an a la carte basis. - Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. PARKING -We have inhouse parking for up to 7 cars. -We are located in Landour which is 1 km walking from Picture Palace side of Mall Road. For longer duration we can provide other equipment's on request depending on availability Guest access Guests will have access to the entire apartment and all the common areas. -We have inhouse parking for up to 10 cars. -We are located in candor and 1 km walking from Picture Palace side of Mall Road. -We provide pan , induction , plates , glasses , spoon and fork in the kitchen for stays upto 2 days . For longer duration we can provide other equipments on request depending on availability Other things to note We can arrange the following on a chargeable basis: -Breakfast as per the menu price -Bonfire: Rs 1200/- -BBQ: Rs 1000/- (Coal and equipment) -Heaters: Rs 300 (Small) and Rs 500 (Big) -Dish Cleaning: Rs 200/- *Subject to availability, Guests are requested to pre-book the services. Also, we offer 2 complimentary water bottles at check in Post that we can get those refilled from our RO. Kindly note - Utensils are not kept in the room due to damage issues, Kindly ask the caretaker for the same. Important Things to Note for Your Stay 1. For check-in, only the guests listed on your reservation will be admitted. Please ensure accurate guest numbers are provided when booking. 2. Children above 8 years of age will be considered as adults for bookings. 3. In accordance with government rules, please note that loud music is prohibited after 11 PM. Post 11pm guest can play the music inside the unit at nominal volume. 4. Complimentary cleaning services will be provided every alternate day during your stay. 5.
