It also has a communal pool and private parking for two cars! The space This bright and cosy apartment is located right in front of the beach (10 meters from the sand!), with a capacity for 7 people. Ideal for beach lovers.    The apartment has three bedrooms: - Bedroom with double bed - Bedroom with double bed - Bedroom with double bed + 2 single beds and private bathroom. There are a total of 3 bathrooms in the apartment, one with a bathtub and one with a shower.    The kitchen is spacious, with enough space for cooking, and is fully equipped with everything you may need during your stay.    The dining room is distributed in two spaces: a TV area with two sofas, perfect for relaxing after a sunny day at the beach, and a gallery with natural light, ideal for a mid-afternoon reading! The gallery also communicates with one of the double bedrooms.    The apartment overlooks the sea and also has a small terrace just above the beach. Ideal to enjoy a glass of wine, watch the sunrise, or breathe the sea breeze on a calm day...  The living room has air conditioning. The rooms do not have AC equipment, but they all have a ceiling fan installed, and they are north-oriented, which means that the sun does not hit them directly, and thus they are fresher, specially useful in summer. The location of the house, just by the sea, really helps cool the house off with the breeze! This apartment is ideal to be close to the beach, especially practical for sea lovers!  In addition, the apartment also has a communal pool available to guests, as well as private parking. Guest access VICTORIA is exclusive to its guests.    HALL AND POOL    Access is shared with residents living in the community, we ask that they be respectful.      TERRACE    It is not shared, but we must respect the rest hours of our neighbours. - It is not allowed to speak loudly, or music, or other noisy activities, from 9 pm to 9 am AC in the living and dining room. NEW CELLING FANS in all the rooms. INCLUDED SERVICES - Bed linen, bath towels, shampoo, gel, initial kitchen kit. - Travel cot (request in advance to ensure you will have bed linen) - Check-in from 16:00 to 20:00. Guests should contact us in advance to inform us of their expected arrival time to arrange their welcome with us! We always try to accommodate, but in the high season, it will depend on availability. For us, it is very important to respect the tranquillity of the residential area where the house is located. Thank you for your understanding!    HOUSE RULES    - It is not rented to groups under 25 years old. - The Rental Agreement of the property for Tourist Season will be accepted when booking and will be signed prior to the delivery of the keys. - Acceptance of the deposit. This will be done upon arrival by pre-authorization with a credit card.  - All the people on the reservation must identify themselves by showing their identity documents. They will be asked before and during the welcome. Please fill in the form before your arrival.  - During their stay, minors must always be supervised by an adult, they are the sole responsibility of their parents/guardians. - Garbage must also be removed from the accommodation periodically to avoid odours and dirt. - Among all, we have to respect and preserve the resources we have, please, avoid waste and negligent use of resources. The waste, abusive consumption or negligent use of electricity, water and gas. It is not included and can be deducted from the deposit.    IT'S NOT ALLOWED    - Host or invite more people than those registered in the reservation form.  - Perform noisy activities (music, loud conversations...) from 9:00 p.m. and before 09:00 a.m. It is very important to respect the rest of our neighbours.  - Organize events, parties, and bachelor parties, as well as any inappropriate behaviour.  - Use bath towels for the beach or pool. The return of these in poor condition will incur an additional cost. - Towels and swimming costumes cannot be hung on the front terrace, they must be hung on the back terrace. - it is not allowed to bathe wearing clothes or any other clothes than bathing clothes. - Guests are not allowed to smoke inside the house; if they wish, they can smoke in the exterior spaces of the property. In this case, use ashtrays and respect the garden areas, terraces, and/or balconies. - Electric vehicles cannot be charged using the house power - Groups of students are not allowed. - No pets allowed.
