In the apartment you will find everything you need for an unforgettable stay. The space A delightful apartment on the 3rd floor of a condominium with a convenient elevator. Armored door and an entrance equipped with coat stand and shoe rack, relaxation corner common to the two rooms with 2 armchairs and smart TV. Shared kitchen between the two rooms with induction hob, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, kettle and 2 comfortable pantries (one per room). A comfortable, livable terrace with a table and 2 chairs. The two rooms share a new and bright bathroom equipped with a washing machine and a large hydromassage shower. Latest generation boiler for hot water immediately ready. Each room has its own privacy as it is equipped with a key. New fixtures and mosquito nets on all windows. Guest access Entrance with relaxation area, kitchen and bathroom for common use. During your stay During the stay, I am always reachable by mobile phone or via the app. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE: The room is reserved and for exclusive use in an apartment where you share a bathroom, kitchen and relaxation corner with another room. Linens and towels are not provided. Upon request, it is possible to purchase (and then find in the room at the time of check-in) a kit consisting of 1 bed set + 1 towel set at a cost of €60 that will remain with the guest. In winter, the kit will be enriched with a quilt and the kit will cost €100. ATTENTION: All stays longer than 30 days will be subject, by law, to the drafting of a regular temporary rental contract that requires the tenant's Identity Card and Italian tax code. If the guest does not have an Italian tax code, they must have it issued within 30 days of arrival for registration. Otherwise, paper registration (without a tax code) will be carried out with a surcharge of 50 euros for the guest.
