The home was built large enough to showcase art collected by Mr Barnum as he traveled the world, and accommodate the friends he acquired along his storied lifetime. Our favorite spot, and one of the more remarkable areas of the home, is the three season, impeccably decorated, enclosed porch, make sure to spend a little time here (this is a 3 season space and is not heated in the winter months). There are so many beautiful spaces for you to enjoy you may just find yourselves staying in for your vacation. Enjoy the benefits of our newest addition added January 2024, a custom built Heritage Cedar Sauna. Located in our backyard this Barrel Sauna can fit up to 4 people. Guest's will have access to their private suite as well as all shared common areas. Our guest service team is available by phone from 8am to 9pm if you have any questions or need anything. You will receive your check in information 1 day prior to your arrival date. Check in is at 4pm. Check out is 10am. Congdon Park Car Recommended 1. There are no shoes permitted in the house. We request that you remove your shoes at the front door and either carry them to your room or leave them on the shoe trays provided at each entrance. 2. AC is a seasonal amenity provided from mid May to mid October. 3. The 3 season porch is not heated in the winter months.
