The ground floor apartment is located in a small Istrian village of Radmani, just a short drive to the town of Poreč and the beautiful beaches. The apartment has a beautiful, fully fenced garden with a private, heated pool, perfect for cooling off and relaxing. A small sauna for 2 people in the outdoor area completes the offer. The space Outside, a beautiful, heated, private pool awaits you and you can relax on the furnished terrace. A small sauna for two people. The gas grill is waiting to be used by you. On the property there are 2 free parking spaces. Modern and tastefully decorated apartment with a private pool located in a small Istrian village, Radmani. Two double bedrooms, one bathroom with shower. The apartment is located in a row corner house with two separate residential units and entrances. NoaMio Homestay is located on the ground floor and the pool, the sauna and garden are only to be used by our guests only!!! The living area is modernly furnished and has a large smart TV. A fully equipped kitchen with dining area is connected to the livingroom. All living and sleeping rooms are equipped with air conditioning and the Wi-Fi is free for you. Pool use: May - October Sauna: year-round Other things to note A deposit of €300 in cash is due on the day of arrival and will be fully refunded to you at check-out, insofar as there is no damage in the acceptance of the accommodation. Bachelor parties and similar parties are not allowed in the property. After receiving the full payment, we will provide you with the exact address and further information by email or phone. Pool heating is switched on as needed in May and October.
