Our ground floor apartment is located in a small Istrian village Radmani, just a short drive from the city of Poreč and the beautiful beaches. The apartment has a beautiful, fully fenced garden with a private, heated pool, which is perfect for cooling off and relaxing. A small sauna for 2 people in the outdoor area completes the offer. The space Outside, a beautiful, heated, private pool awaits you and on the furnished terrace you can relax. A small sauna for two people completes the offer. The gas grill is waiting to be used by you. There are 2 free parking spaces on the property. Modern and tastefully furnished apartment with a private pool is located in a small Istrian village, Radmani. Two double bedrooms, one bathroom with shower. The apartment is located in a terraced corner house with two separate residential units and entrances. NoaMio Homestay is located on the ground floor and the pool, sauna and garden are for the exclusive use of our guests!!! The living area is modernly decorated and has a large smart TV. A fully equipped kitchen with dining area is connected to the living room. All living and sleeping rooms are equipped with air conditioning and Wi-Fi is free of charge. Pool use: May - October Sauna: all year round Guest access When you check in, you will be given the code on the day of arrival. Other things to note A security deposit of €300 in cash is due on the day of arrival and will be fully refunded to you at check-out, provided there is no damage when the accommodation is inspected. Bachelor/ette parties and similar celebrations are not allowed in the property. After receiving the full payment, we will inform you by email or phone of the exact address and further information. Pool heating is switched on if necessary in May and October.
