Surrounding forest can also be access at the back of the villa Other things to note *We don’t provide food, you will need to bring or cook your own food for all your meals. Kindly bring your own charcoal for barbecue grilling *Boat transfer is included/roundrip. *Environmental fee of Php20.00 for the Barangay should be paid directly to the person in charge before entering the parking area. *Overnight parking rate is 150 pesos/car. * Smoking is allowed in designated areas such as the Patio. Strictly no smoking inside the villa. * Proper waste disposal and segregation REDUCE REUSE & RECYCLE *Use the color-coded garbage bins located outside of the villa. *Smaller bins are placed underneath the kitchen sink for proper disposal of food waste prior to washing of plates. The sink should always be kept clean and clear of any food debris/food particles after washing to prevent clogging. *Bathroom trash bins are for used tissue paper and other hygiene-related products only. Flushing of tissue paper, paper towel, wet wipes are highly discouraged to prevent clogging. SAFETY AND OTHER CONSIDERATIONS *Potentially dangerous animals. Keep a safe distance from the following wild animals. Monitor Lizard Snake Monkey Turtle Tokay Gecko (Tuko) Nearby lakes and other bodies of water *Guests will have direct and unrestricted access to any natural body of water located directly next to the villa. *Please look after your children while using the pool. No running and diving allowed. There’s no lifeguard on duty. Management will not be liable for any claims against accidents or fatalities. *Always wear your life vests provided when Kayaking, Boating, and swimming in the lake. NO LIFE VEST NO WATER ACTIVITIES CHECK-IN/CHECK OUT INSTRUCTIONS *Check-in time 1:00PM *Check-out time 11AM *Check-in Window 1:00 PM-4:00PM *Boat will be at the designated docking area at 12:00 NN *Lago Verde boatman and a helper will meet guests at the designated docking area. *Boat ride is about 20-25 minutes depending on water and wind conditions. *Towels are only provided for every number of guests in the Villa. *Using of KARAOKE or any speaker can be done only inside the Villa to give other guests the time to relax and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of the property. *Be mindful of the quiet time from 9pm to 7am. *Please note that any transfers or excursions via our boat service will be subject to a nominal fee, varying depending on the proximity and location of your desired destination. This allows us to ensure the highest standard of service and maintain the pristine natural surroundings that make our resort so exceptional.
