This is a quiet and spacious one-bedroom condo suite, perfect for long stays. It features a separate bedroom with a queen-size bed and a living room with a kitchenette. The kitchen includes a full-size Samsung refrigerator, induction cooktop, microwave, and complete kitchenware — ideal for cooking your own meals. The suite offers fast and stable internet: a 500 Mbps fiber connection to the room and 200+ Mbps WiFi for mobile devices. If you prefer a wired connection, just let us know — we’ll provide network cables for the RJ45 socket in the bedroom. A 43-inch Smart TV is available for streaming content through built-in apps or by mirroring your phone or laptop. For your comfort during Chiang Mai’s smoky season, a PM2.5 air purifier is provided in the room to ensure cleaner, fresher air. 🚌 The condo offers a daily shuttle bus service to different shopping malls and local markets. Each day has a dedicated destination (Makro, Lotus, Big C, Kad Muang Mai, Jing Jai Market, etc.), with up to 15 round trips per day. Fares are 5–10 Baht per ride, and exact change is required. The pick-up point starts at Building C (our building) and follows the route: C → D → E → A → B. Residents only — please show your keycard when boarding. Guest access Guests can access the room and all shared condo facilities: 3 swimming pools, fitness room, yoga room, study room, music room, and the shuttle bus service. Other things to note 🚭 Smoking Policy Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit, on the balcony, in hallways, and around the swimming pool area. Guests who wish to smoke may do so only in the designated outdoor smoking area provided by The One Condo. This policy follows the condominium’s community regulations to ensure a clean and comfortable environment for all residents. 🔒 Safety & Security For your safety, please make sure to lock the door when leaving the unit. The condo has 24-hour security, and lobby staff are available to assist in case of emergency. A smoke detector and fire extinguisher are installed in the unit for your protection. 🌿 Quiet Community This is a peaceful residential building — please be considerate of neighbors and keep noise to a minimum, especially after 9 PM. 🧼 Energy Saving Please switch off air conditioning, lights, and appliances when leaving the room. 🏊 Shared Facilities The swimming pools and gym are shared facilities. Please wear proper swimwear and follow condo rules. 🧳 Self Check-in Check-in is self-service; detailed instructions will be sent before your arrival. 💨 Air Quality Notice Chiang Mai may experience haze (PM2.5) from February to April.
