Tucked away in a peaceful Derbyshire village is this spacious, self-contained detached annex. Whether you're visiting for business or pleasure, this quiet residential village has excellent transport links (A38/A50/M1) along with the countryside on your doorstep. Lilac Lodge has it's own entrance, with a well equipped kitchen and small patio; a perfect base for walking in the Peak District or flying high on roller coasters at Alton Towers. The space It is a unique space, with a light, airy bedroom and lounge upstairs. You enter the property through a small conservatory, where there is seating to enjoy a morning coffee looking out onto a small patio area. The kitchen has everything you'll need including an oven, fridge, sink, microwave and table to eat around. On the ground floor you'll also find the bathroom with spacious shower. When booking this fabulous space, please note the bedroom and lounge are accessed by a paddle staircase, which is quirky, but due to it's gradient may not be suitable for those with limited mobility. Guest access Guests enter the property through a shared drive with Lilac Cottage. Parking is available for one car on the drive but there is plenty of further parking on the road. The annex is for guest use only during your stay and their is a small private patio area.
