Two bedroom share a jack-n-jill bath. One bedroom has access to a hall bathroom. * There is a detached casita with a king size bed and a full bathroom. Amenities: * Gas firepit. No need for matches or wood! * Covered outdoor kitchen with oversized gas grill. * Large hot tub * Second story observation deck with amazing Guadalupe River views! * Tons of outdoor seating * Large driveway with ample parking for 4-5 cars. Absolutely no pets allowed. Owner is highly allergic! This rental is not for parties. Many homes in the neighborhood are full time owners who enjoy the serenity that living in the country provides. Quiet hours will be enforced by security. No construction crews permitted. Checkin-Process: We are proud to offer contactless check-in and check-out.
