The location is perfect for exploring eastern Sicily: in a few minutes by car you can reach the sea, trails on Mount Etna, historic villages, local markets and the wonders of cities such as Catania, Taormina and Syracuse. Inside, the house is cozy and functional, furnished in a rustic style with modern touches. It has a bedroom with a private bathroom, a single bed or sofa, a fully equipped kitchen, and bright spaces overlooking the surrounding greenery. The outdoor spaces are designed for relaxation: you can enjoy the peace under the shade of the trees, read a book to the singing of the birds, or simply contemplate the landscape. The highlight of the accommodation is the exclusive saltwater pool, perfect for cooling off in total privacy, away from the chaos and crowds. Guest access Lo Spazio Our guests have at their disposal the entire structure for private use, the kitchen well equipped with appliances, refrigerator with freezer, coffee machine, iron, HD TV with Netflix, air conditioning and washing machine. The garden of the villa embraces the natural beauty of the view of Mount Etna, with 400 square meters of lush and well-kept greenery that invites relaxation and outdoor fun, a beautiful Sicilian rustic pergola with gas barbecue. The swimming pool with salt water for private use (there will be no other guests), open from May 1st to October 15th equipped with deck chairs, chairs, outdoor patio. You won't have to worry about finding a spot for your car-you 'll be able to park comfortably inside the property and enjoy your vacation without worry. Important information. The pool with open salt water is a very healthy alternative to the classic pool, the salt is transformed (sodium chloride) into sodium hypochlorite (the disinfectant) that has the advantage of not creating annoying side effects such as nausea, due to any exhalation of chlorine or annoying skin reactions. HEATING POOL WITH EXTRA FEE Guests can request pool heating from May 1 to October 30, with the temperature set to about 31°C. Please let us know if you want the heated pool during your stay at least 3 days before check-in or at the time of booking. The pool will be cleaned daily.
