Relax beside the water The space This is a downstairs, one level apartment. The rooms are spacious, with the main bedroom easily fitting an Emma King bed. The lounge room has a comfortable Gronlid IKEA sofa bed (no springs or bars in your back). The lounge room looks out to the backyard with views of the water, it also has sliding barn doors closing it off from other areas, making it a private bedroom for sleeping. There is a full kitchen and bathroom. The outdoor area is the only shared area. The water is tidal and so there can be a small beach which forms in front of the house, which you can go for a leisurely stroll. There are 3 kayaks available for use, if discussed and organised with us. The spa is currently unavailable. You can use the pool at your leisure. It is a salt, cold water pool. It is clean however would like to be repainted. Guest access The ground floor apartment has a separate entrance to the top floor apartment, which is down the side passage. Self checkin, through a key safe. You have sole access to the ground floor apartment, however share the front and back yard with the top floor tenants. Registration Details PID-STRA-52124
