Sold - apartment in Samnaun-Ravaisch

We sold the apartment. We thank our guests and hope that you will find adequate accommodation for your vacation. The new owners do not intend to rent the apartment. Kick back and relax in this quiet, stylish space. The space The apartment is located in a very well-maintained apartment building. The house is idyllically located in the upper part of the village of Ravaisch and has a great view of the valley towards Samnaun village (west side!). Ravaisch is located above the large gondola lift (180 people on two floors), which takes you directly to the Silvretta Arena ski resort. In Ravaisch, the long descent (numbers 80/80a) also ends. The ski resort combines the crazy Ischgl side with the somewhat more dignified Samnaun. The main ski resort is located at an altitude of 2,000 to almost 3,000 meters and is snow-guaranteed all season. Samnaun village is about two kilometers away – easily accessible by hiking trail or by car or bus. In addition, you will receive a comprehensive briefing on what to see where, what to do where, what to buy where and where to eat well (from rustic to cheese fondue to star cuisine, there is everything). The apartment is about 77 m² and is equipped to a high standard. There are two bedrooms (each with two beds) and each with its own bathroom: one is the en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. There is a TV in each bedroom. The kitchen is complete (fridge, dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, Jura coffee machine); a combined washer/dryer is located in a small storage room and is free of charge. - Balcony with a view - Consumer electronics (TV satellite receiver, Bluetooth player, etc.) - Free Wi-Fi access The accommodation includes a parking space in the garage, a ski cellar with closets and ski boot warmers. There is also a coin-operated sauna. Dogs are also very welcome. We ask for info if you want to bring your dog. Guest access The apartment is on the second floor of the house. A separate entrance door separates the apartment from the rest of the apartments in the house. Other things to note In addition to the rent, there are fees for the tourist tax/guest card. This guest card offers a large number of advantages: For example, the most important mountain railways and the local/post bus are included in the summer guest card.
