Villa near Uppsala City. Private pool and private gym.

Welcome to stay in our cozy house just a few minutes from Uppsala City. Here you can grill and hang out by the pool or why not take a gym class in our own gym. The villa is built in 2016 and has 3 bedrooms, 2 toilets both with shower, large living room and kitchen with open plan and laundry room. The space The villa is divided into two floors on the entry level there is laundry room with dryer and washing machine. There is also a large toilet and shower. Large open plan living room and kitchen with a cozy fireplace. From here you go out to our lovely back side where there is a swimming pool(29 degrees in the water summer time) which is 6 * 3 meters as well as a large lovely terrace for comfortable barbecue evenings. From the back you enter our gym where we have a spinning bike, bench press and dumbbells. On the upper level you will find 3 bedrooms, toilet and shower. There is also a small office for those who need to work. Guest access The guests will be able to access the whole house except our closet which will be locked.
