The flat is located in a central and safe area in Edinburgh. It is only 6 minutes away from haymarket train/tram station and 15 minutes walk to Princes Street. Most of the attractions are within walking distance. And it is perfect base for exploring Fringe festival. There are two bedrooms, both beds are having comfy mattress. The sofa in living room could be used a 3rd bed. The sofa bed is very comfortable with memory foam topping. Kitchen has most equipments for self-catering.
