Balloon View

The Balloon Loft is set on the Welsh Border with stunning views of the Shropshire hills. The map shows the accommodation to be in Montgomery but it is about two miles from Bishops Castle. The Long Mynd, The Stiperstones and Offas Dyke path are all within 20 minutes drive of the loft and all offer wonderful views of Shropshire & Powys - perfect for a walking holiday. The accommodation is very rural but easily accessible and apart from the sheep or cattle the area is quiet and peaceful. The space The accommodation can sleep two either in a king sized bed or two single beds. The kitchen area is well appointed with a hob, microwave, kettle, toaster and fridge. A breakfast tray will be provided. There is a small dining room table to sit at and eat at and a comfy sofa with a TV. Dogs are welcome at The Balloon Loft however please be aware that the stairs are not best suited for dog paws - my dog will happily go up but not come back down! Guest access The space is set upstairs in a studio style apartment which will be completely your own space with all the amenities you should need. There is plenty of parking space. Other things to note The closest public transport is in Bishops Castle so best to bring a car (or cycle!) to the Balloon Loft. Camlad Barns wedding venue is just up the field from the Loft so if you are staying for a wedding and fancy braving the short walk up the fields to the venue I can show you the route - otherwise it's a short walk around the country lanes. Please advise whether you require a double bed or two single beds when booking. The steps up to the Balloon Loft are gridded metal so please be aware of this when you book.
