Welcome to your home away from home where moments turn into cherished memories! The space Our full size bunk bedroom is the perfect location for kids and some adults. It’s comfortably located adjacent to the master bedroom and is open to the hallway. Other things to note House Rules: • You must be 25 years of age, or older to book this property. • This is a non-smoking home. • No illegal drugs. • No pets or service animals allowed on property. • No burning candles or incense. • Up to 8 guests are allowed - no exceptions. Only guest who are on the original booking are allowed to stay overnight. • No events or parties. Any event or party will result in additional charges to your payment method and/or loss of security deposit. • Any damage to the home will result in additional charges to your payment method and/or loss of security deposit- this includes any stains on furniture, as well as linens/towels, broken or inoperable items, etc. The home is very well maintained, sanitized and cleaned, then inspected before every arrival to ensure its readiness before your arrival. If for some reason you feel something is damaged or stained upon arrival, please bring it to our attention immediately, so it can be noted and/or addressed. • Please note that lipstick and makeup are hard to remove from white towels. • Please do not dye your hair or use heavy chemical products as it can stain linens, towels, walls, etc • Quiet hours are 11pm to 7am. • No drinking, eating, or sleeping on sofa in living room. • We will accept no liability for injury, loss or damage arising from visiting this property. • We are not liable for slips or falls while visiting this property. • Please do not overload the washer/dryer. Clothes will not be clean. Drying time will take longer. Most importantly, overloading may cause equipment breakdown. • Do not load the washer/dryer with shoes. • Please do not overload the toilet with tissue. Please flush the waste first, then flush the tissue. This prevents the toilets from clogging. • By booking our Airbnb, you are agreeing that you have read, and agreed to all rules.
