Welcome to Fit & Coasty! Your springtime sanctuary awaits in beautiful West Ashley. Our cozy retreat blends coastal charm with fitness fun. Enjoy sunlit living spaces, a fully equipped kitchen with Nespresso, 4k TVs in all rooms, AC cooled gym, and complimentary bikes for exploring. Being about 25 minutes away from Downtown Charleston, 10 minutes away from the airport, and 15 minutes away from Folly Beach, you will be close to everything you could need for a fun time! The space You will have the entire 3 story townhouse to themselves during your stay. The house has 2 bedrooms and sleeps 4 people, plus room for two more on the couches in the living room. Gym -------- Located on the first floor there is a gym with a 55'' 4k smart TV to watch workouts live, AC unit, treadmill, stationary bike, rowing machine, battle ropes, medicine ball, body weights, punching bag with boxing gloves and wraps, yoga mats, dumbbell weights, cowbell, barbell and bench, home gym machine, aerobic steps and 2 bikes with helmets. We have also included some beach chairs for those much-needed beach days! Living Room ------------------ Located on the second floor, the bright and beautiful living room 2 large couches, board games, puzzles, cards, books, magazines, and a 55'' 4k TV. Dining Area ------------------ Located next to the living room with enough seating for 4 people to enjoy a delicious meal. Kitchen ------------- The kitchen is fully stocked with stainless steel appliances, spices, olive oil and vinegar, pots and pans, cooking utensils, a knife set, cutlery, Nespresso and Keurig coffee bar, small breakfast items, rice cooker, crockpot blender, mixer, cutting boards, cups, wine glasses, plates, bowls, baking dishes, mixing bowls and serving dishes. We want you to cook gourmet meals like you would at home! Office Space ------------- Your dedicated office space will include an ergonomic chair, dual monitors that you just plug into an HDMI port, pens/pencils, whiteboard, printer, and High-Speed internet with speeds up to 1000 Mbps. This is also seated next to a window for sunlight for virtual meetings and for the views! Bedrooms ------------------ Each of the two bedrooms includes a 55'' 4k smart TV, a queen bed, one being a memory foam mattress, and closet space with hangers and extra blankets and pillows. They also include en-suite bathrooms each with shampoo, conditioner and body wash, hair dryer, and extra towels! Laundry Room --------------------- The laundry room includes a brand-new (bought Nov 2023) Samsung washer and dryer with 2 types of detergent pods and dryer sheets! Outdoors --------------------- The backyard is completely fenced in for privacy and a great space for grilling or taking advantage of the fire pit and chairs for quiet evenings or entertaining guests! Guest access The whole house and the front/ backyard is all yours apart from a the locked owners closets in the living room and in the gym. The Booking Process ----------------------------- Once you book, the confirmation email will include a link to sign your rental agreement. This agreement will include details such as check-in and check-out procedures, house rules, liability, and other essential guidelines.
