Bedroom Layout: Bedroom 1 - Master Bedroom - 1 King Bed. En suite bathroom with jacuzzi tub and shower. Double vanities. Bedroom 2: 2 twin beds Bedroom 3: 1 Queen bed The kitchen is fully stocked with a large table for your group to gather at. * Microwave * Gas Stove * Oven * Dishwasher * Coffee Maker - K Cup and Regular * Toaster * Refrigerator/Freezer * Dishwasher * Glasses * Plates & Bowls * Silverware * Pots & Pans * & More! The living room has a large couch and entertainment center. Views of the pool are enjoyed from the sunroom and back deck. Our friendly neighbors might give you a wave. 1 Full Bathroom in addition to the Master ensuite. Bathrooms include: *Towels * Hair Dryer * Essential Toiletries **PET FRIENDLY PROPERTY** * NO SMOKING INSIDE * Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for odor removal, duct cleaning and furniture cleaning. Guest access Guests will have access to the main floor of the home. Lower level will not be occupied and or rented for owner storage purposes only. Other things to note Quiet hours in the neighborhood begin after 10 pm.
