Large Villa, access to Golden Mile Beaches

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located villa, 300m (3 mins walk) from the best beach in Marbella and the car free paseo! Walk to Marbella with its beautiful old town, gaze at the Super Yachts in Puerto Banus, or visit the historic town, Ronda. Jet ski, bike, canyoning, trampolining are all easily accessible. This is also an absolutely fantastic location if you like padel tennis with, numerous fantastic clubs nearby. Please message for more details. The space A spacious 10 person family villa, on 3 levels, with 4 ensuite bedrooms, and a further bedroom off the garage. TV, Wi-Fi, games room, private pool, BBQ, small garden, and lots of inside and outside seating and eating areas. All set in a picturesque, peaceful urbanisation. One of my favourite pastimes is to sit on the spacious terrace with my morning brew, gazing at the azure blue sky and just enjoying the peace of the urbanisation. Fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave, induction hob and electric oven, with washing machine in the basement. For young families we have a cot and a high chair and the pool is great for new swimmers! Suitable for families with both young children, who will love the pool, the proximity of the beach and the games room downstairs, and teens who love the nightlife and the freedom to walk/bus/cycle to/from Puerto Banus and Marbella safely. There is so much to do here for all the family. From waterslides at Aquamijas in Fuengirola (20 mins drive), to cycling along the paseo, watersports on beach, wake boarding in San Pedro, tennis at numerous clubs, fitness on the beach near the Marbella Club hotel, shopping in Puerto Banus or La Canada, to drinking and eating in the many wonderful tapas bars and fantastic restaurants. We are 10 minutes walk from the Marbella Club Hotel, one of the most exclusive hotels in the Med, and 15 minutes from the Puente Romano which has amazing tennis courts and a Nobu! In the other direction we have the amazing Tahini japanese restaurant with a stunning sea view and the most delicious "fatty salmon" (you must also try the veal roll - trust me!). Underneath Tahini is the famous and popular Cappucino which boasts the best coffee in Marbella and does wonderful English (and Spanish) "desayuno" overlooking the sea. Don't miss their amazing milkshakes! For something more relaxed, just at the end of the passageway from our house to the beach, we have the fun and South American inspired La Cabana, which does salsa evenings and great daily menu of fresh fish and tapas, salads and the most amazing wraps. They will also make you a colourful cocktail to enjoy whilst admiring the sea! Very child friendly. There are too many places to mention here so we will provide you with more details when you book and we can tailor our recommendations to suit your family and tastes. One last thing though, do not miss the gambas al pil pil at Pedros (just the other side of Puerto Banus on the beach) or the wonderful breakfast pancakes at Tiki beach. Hmmm, or the healthly but delicious poke bowl at Tamanaco...we could go on! And on...! For those who like to cook, Lidl and Carrefour are literally round the corner and open daily from 9am to 10pm at night! For branded goods and fresh fish and meat counters, just cross the road to Carrefour (same opening hours). We have a Weber BBQ on the terrace and a lovely big outdoor table on which to enjoy your creations! There are also many delivery options - pizza, curry etc in the area. Guest access All rooms, except one locked room off the garage. This lovely villa has a private pool and 4 ensuite bedrooms plus an additional 5th (double) bedroom in the basement. Other things to note The fifth bedroom is off the garage, / games room but does have two windows with natural light.
