Amid 2.5 acres of mature oak trees and with 3200 sq. ft. of open plan space, this home offers an idyllic setting for your lake house escape no matter the weather. The fenced back yard is perfect for families with small children who want a house on the water. The space The home has a split floor plan with large central kitchen and adjacent living room that allows your whole group to socialize next to large windows offering an unbeatable lake view. The dining room connects to a large, light-filled sunroom with more amazing views of Grand Lake. Your expansive master suite has an en suite bath with soaker tub, walk-in closet, and walk-in shower. Second and third bedrooms share a well equiped bathroom with marble vanity. Plenty of parking, including two indoor spaces. Enjoy the large lawn leading down to the private dock and fire pit. Roast marshmallows or watch the sun set from the dock. Bring your boat (or boats) and keep them in one of the two 30’ boat slips. Swim off the dock using the Wet Steps swim ladder that makes the water accessible for all! Guest access Guests will have access to the entire 3200 sq ft house, outdoor patio, attached garage, two-slip dock, and 2.5 acre lawn with 250' of shoreline. Other things to note The water levels around the dock are subject to rains/droughts. Droughts may cause flooding that covers the dock walkway or, conversely, droughts could cause shallow waters around the dock. The host does not offer any guarantees about use of the dock, ability to dock boats, or the possibility that flooding will limit access to the walkway. This is an act of nature and the cancellation policy for the booking will remain in effect. Separately, the house has a hot tub room; however, the hot tub is not currently functional. As such, the listing does not include the hot tub as an amenity and guests should not expect it to be available unless informed otherwise. The hot tub room is lockable if guests with small children prefer to keep it locked.
