Farm Retreat/Boutique Experience

A beautiful place away from the bustle of life. The retreat sits on 28 majestic acres. This 2 bdrm-1 bath has been completely renovated. Views from every window. Do nothing & relax or schedule events on the property from finding fresh chicken eggs, meet the 4 Highland cows, 4 mini donkeys and 2 baby goats. Book a halter led ride with the horses or book a family photo session of your trip with our on site professional photographer or simply have a picnic and unwind. Fire pits are available too! The space As you enter through the gates and drive between the two open pastures with horses greeting you on either side, you will find your getaway just past the main house. Park in front of the two garage doors to the right. As you exit your vehicle, walk to the left of the garage and proceed to the exterior staircase which is well lit. As you get to the top of the staircase and enter your retreat, kick off your shoes, leave the farm outside and enjoy. There is plenty of shoe storage at the front door. There is a newly remodeled bathroom with two sinks and a skylight above which is a great place to freshen up or get ready for the day. Tucked inside a bathroom door is a washer and dryer for your convenience. The kitchen is newly remodeled with beautiful quartz, new cabinets, plenty of space to cook and plenty of space for your guests to chat and eat. There are five seats at the bar to eat and 8 chairs at the table. There is a seating area off the kitchen which provides a great place to relax, have a glass of wine or a cup of coffee and get ready for the day. There is coffee and tea in the unit. If you want to watch tv, relax or just snuggle up to a good book, the sectional area is a great spot. There are two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a king size bed and plenty of space to unpack and make your self at home. The second space has 2 twin beds and 2 full beds. Again, there is plenty of storage and places to unpack. As you exit, make sure to look to your right. The four mini donkeys, the chickens and the two baby goats are at play. The donkeys have their own distinct and wonderful bray. There is a fire pit outside if you want to unwind or go for a walk in the morning to catch some magnificent sunrises. This is our paradise which we would love to share with you! Guest access There are many animals on the farm. They are secure behind the fences. Please do not enter any fenced area without a farmhand. Other things to note There are stairs to enter the place. It sits above the garage. There is one twin bed, one full size bed and two chairs that convert into twin size beds in the second bedroom. There is a king sized bed in the master bedroom.
