The space The apartment is quiet and safe, it is in the family building, it is a 3rd floor apartment WITHOUT ELEVATOR. There are 210 square meters, divided into 9 spacious rooms that are: kitchen, living room, pantry, 2 bathrooms, large hallway and 4 bedrooms all with double windows facing the outside, with natural light, sunny from morning until late afternoon. The kitchen is fully equipped. Pantry: with chest freezer. Bathrooms: one with a bathtub and one with a shower. Living room: TV, sofas, and table for 8 people Bedrooms: 4; 3 with a double bed and one with twin beds. Guest access The laundry area is located in the storage room, a 90 square meter room with an outside window. The 100-square-meter ground floor can store whatever you don't want to take up to the apartment (baby stroller, luggage, kayak, bicycles, beach chair, umbrellas, etc.). Other things to note There is no garage for vehicles, but you can park on public roads without any problems. Pets are like family, so they're welcome in our apartment. The apartment is well located if you want to get around on foot or by vehicle. You can take routes that will take you right by the sea, both by bicycle and on foot. The Camiño dos Faros (lighthouse walk) starts at the port of Malpica, where km 0 is located. Punta Nariga, Buño with its potters, Muiño de Ardeleiro in Cerqueda, the Ruta dos Pinos do Mar, the Va River, the towers of Mens, are some of the monuments that you can visit.
