This is a cozy, comfortable, and clean extra room available for short/long -term renting on the 2nd floor in a new constructed house and neighbor. The room is fully furnished with a comfortable bed and closet space. Guests will have access to a private bathroom (not shared). Smoking is allowed in the outside recreational area next to the house. The location is in a safe and convenient neighborhood with easy access to public transportation and local amenities in an aproximately 10 min walk. The space The lodging is on the 2nd floor (upstairs). There's also a flex room accross your room that you can use to stretch, exercise, eat, and read. There is a dining table , a microwave, a boil electric water kettle, utensils, napkins, a small refrigerator with a freezer, and ice in it. The laundry room is also on the same floor and it'll have the Laundry sign on the door. You'll be welcomed with a couple of bottle of water in your room. The bathroom is also accross your room and it is private (not shared). Guest access to enter the property, enter the 6 digit pin that will be provided after reservation. Guests don't have access to the kitchen. However, you'll have access to a private bathroom (not shared) next to your room. Also, loft is included, and it comes with the laundry room (washer and dryer), mini fridge, microwave, utensils, and drinking water. All of these are on the same floor. During your stay I'm available for questions by phone, text, or in person. I work from home and my office is on the 1st floor. When Im not working, Im mostly out of the house, or in my room which is also on the 2nd floor. Other things to note 2 min drive to St Francis Medical Center. 25 min drive from Colorado Springs airport. 53 min drive to Denver. The nearby shopping center has restaurants and stores at a 1 min drive distance walkable distance and a church. 19 min drive to downtown Colorado Springs.
