The home has a unique layout which gives plenty of space yet keeps it cozy and comfortable. For parking, the home has a spacious garage enough to fit one vehicle! The guests will have access to the entire home including the garage! We give the guests their space but are always there to help when are needed! Within walking distance to Oak Park Brewing company and a few restaurants, coffee shops. It's located on Broadway which is a busier street. Uber, Lyft, Bus, Light Rail, Walking. 1. Garage parking: The garage is big enough for 1 vehicle, larger vehicles may not fit. Street parking is available too. 2. Respectful Quiet Hours: We value a peaceful environment and observe quiet hours starting at 10:00 p.m. Please be mindful of noise levels, especially regarding music, to allow for a serene atmosphere. 3. Celebration Guidelines: While we love to see our guests having a great time, we kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties. Any additional guests not included in the reservation must receive prior approval from the host. We want to ensure that our property remains comfortable for all, and any unauthorized parties will incur a $650 party fee. 4. Neighborly Consideration: The home is a condo so we ask that the guests keep a peaceful environment and are respectful to the neighbors. We ask that the guests follow our quiet hours for the property after 10:00 p.m. 5. Smoke-Free Zone: To maintain a clean and healthy environment, we have a strict no-smoking policy. Please refrain from smoking, including cigarettes, pipes, cigars, and vaping, anywhere on the premises. Violations will result in immediate eviction, a fine of up to $250, and additional cleaning fees. 6. Pet-Free Haven: We regretfully cannot accommodate pets on the property, as the owner has allergies. 7. Extended Stays and Holidays: For longer stays, a deep clean may be required, and additional cleaning charges may apply. Please be aware that holidays such as Thanksgiving and Christmas may involve extra kitchen usage, leading to potential additional cleaning fees as well. 8.
