Early/Late Check-in/Check-out Fees: → Early check-in from 10am-3pm will incur a fee of $75 → Early check-in before 10am will incur a fee of 1 full night's rent (based on selected dates) → Late check-out from 11am-3pm will incur a fee of $75 → Late check-out after 3pm will incur a fee of 1 full night's rent (based on selected dates) → Late check-outs must be requested at least 48 hours in advance Your booking confirmation is contingent upon completing the required verification steps within 24 hours of booking. These steps include creating an account, completing identity verification, and undergoing a credit and background check. Proof of income may also be required, such as a recent pay stub, a bank statement dated within the last 3 months, or a letter of employment in a PDF format. Early and late check-ins or check-outs are subject to an additional fee. Deep cleaning beyond normal use—such as stain removal, carpet shampooing, odor remediation, or cleaning requiring significantly more time than our standard turnover—is not covered by the Standard Exit Cleaning. Any additional charges will be documented with photos and billed at our professional cleaning rate.
