The space The villa is located in the town of Valle Bernardo, near the church of San Bernardo, surrounded by greenery, lush trees of olive trees and vines, in the Aurunci Mountains Regional Park. The building consists of two apartments with separate accesses, one on the mezzanine floor of three rooms, all with private bathroom plus kitchen and the other on the first floor with three other rooms plus kitchen and bathrooms. All rooms are air-conditioned and the kitchens, in common, are both equipped with induction hob, refrigerator, oven with dishwasher and two bathrooms with washing machine. For two rooms on the mezzanine floor, you can also access reserved by side entrances. Smart flat screen TV and wifi throughout the complex are installed in all rooms and wifi throughout the complex.
