Our charming bungalow is perfectly situated in the heart of ATL. It's located less than a mile from I-285 and I-20, which is great for travelers who want easy access to all of what Atlanta has to offer. It's less than 5miles from Atlanta's major sites such as the Mercedes Benz Stadium, Georgia Aquarium & Downtown. 6miles from Six Flags and 14miles away the Hartsfield-Jackson airport. If ongoing gentrification & urban city life makes you feel uneasy, this home is not the place for you. The space This is a fully renovated single story home with 3 beds/2 baths. It has a large front porch and back deck, along w/ a very spacious fenced in backyard for your furry family members (An additional fee of $50 is required for each pet per stay) The neighbors are friendly and the actual neighborhood is quiet. The house next door has been vacant for about 3 years now and there is a lockbox on the door (no squatters on this property). We live less than 1/2 a mile away from the property, so if you happen to need us for anything we are just a hop, skip and jump away to assist. Guest access The entire house is available for guests. Other things to note Pets are a $50 additional charge. If you would like top use the washer and dryer its a $5 fee for each load of laundry (you will need to get your own detergent).
