Set atop Mount Carmel, Butters over looks the Boonah township, which is a 1 minute drive or 15 minute walk. The space The kitchenette contains a bar fridge only. Perfect for chilling wine and cheese. The bedrooms and living area have fans for cooling. There is no air conditioning. In winter there is a gas heater in lounge room and portable electric heaters for bedrooms and bathroom. All linen and towels provided. The landscaping, exterior to the unit, is undergoing work. There maybe tools of the trade (shovels etc) tucked around the side of the house. They are out of the way. Guest access Guest have sole use of unit, front yard, laundry and backyard. Other things to note All linen, towels, tea, pod coffee and milk supplied. The kitchenette has a bar fridge, 2 hob cooktop, oven and microwave. Perfectly suited for chilling wine and cheese, and basic cooking.
