It is also a 10-minute walk from the two Towers, passing through the portico dei Servi, which makes it the perfect starting point for exploring the city. The space The 55 mq apartment is located on the second floor of a building equipped with a lift (there is a ramp for disabled people in one of the two entrances of the building) and is made up as follows: - KITCHENETTE equipped with gas stove, fridge, freezer, moka, electric kettle, traditional oven and microwave - LIVING AREA with dining table, double sofa bed, desk, smart TV and split A/C - ROOM with double bed and wardrobe - BATHROOM equipped with wc, bidet and shower box - BALCONY. Additional facilities available for the guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, independent heating, video intercom, washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board.
