Wonderful resort atmosphere with lake views close to everything restaurant, theater, movies, bars, and shopping. Walk to the beach, and on premise bar/restaurant Twisted Tuna right next to the main heated pool and spa. Beautiful views of lake facing East watch the sunrise from the screened balcony and master bedroom. Located next to Carlin Park with wonderful health walking trail. Every consideration has been taken to insure your stay is perfect. All household staples supplied and beach gear. The space The unit is in the condo building F which is close walking distance to mulitple restaurant and pool. The complex is trully a resort with tennis, beach nearby, and two pools and a restaurant and bar on the premises. The unit is modern with new kitchen with stainless steel appliances. We provide 4 beach chairs and two beach umbrellas along with beach towels. This unit is located on the 3rd floor of an elevated building. No stairs necessary to get into the unit. All small appliances are also in the unit including toaster, kuerig that is both single serve and drip, and blender. The guest bedroom has two queen beds, 42 inch tv and a separate entrance along with its own bathroom. The master has beautiful view of the lake with a king bed and 42 inch tv large walk in closet with iron and many hangers. The screened in porch has a beautiful dining table for 6 and great views of the lake. We have a strict cancellation policy so please think about getting vacation insurance which the site is vacation rental insurance all together one word no spaces and dot com. Policies run about $100 to $200. Also if you cancel within the 60 day non refundable period and I get it rented I will return what I receive for the new rental to you. You can also try to find someone to take your rental. I am extremely flexible but I can not afford to just let the unit sit empty and return money. The complex also requires you to register I will send you a lease and a registration form which you will need to send to the complex management along with a copy of your drivers license and $25 if you intend to bring a car. It is the fee for each car so if you intend to bring 2 cars it would be $50. Guest access the entire unit is for rent and you have access to all of the amenities the resort has to offer. Check in is at 4:00 pm. Early check in is possible but must be requested before arrival and the fee is $20 for each hour earlier and must be paid before you arrive.
